Registration


In order to submit a new member registration click on the "Register" button below. After your registration has been approved, you will be able to log in in order to access member content. Current members need to log in first and access their registration for renewal instructions.

We are delighted to welcome you to the SASPEN family and look forward to your participation in the coming year.

Please make sure that your personal details are always updated (via the website or contact the secretariat direct: info@saspen.com) to ensure that you receive the necessary information and updates. We are offering a members-only component on the SASPEN website (where we  include Congress/symposia slide presentations and other key documents over time).

Membership application


Approved applicants will enjoy membership for a year and have access to various guidelines and information shared (only to members) on the website. Applicants will be emailed their log in account details. The following options are available for registration:

  1. ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT: Members are encouraged to make use of the online registration and secure payment facility on the website.
    • New members can click on the "Register" button in order to submit a new application. There is a secure online payment facility that you can use for credit card payment, alternatively, a scanned copy of your bank deposit slip or proof of electronic transfer can be sent to info@saspen.com - Use your HPCSA registration number (or initial and surname for international members) as reference
    • Existing members need to log in (account details will be sent after approval) in order to pay via the secure credit card payment facility. Alternatively, a scanned copy of your bank deposit slip or proof of electronic transfer can be sent to info@saspen.com - Use your HPCSA registration number (or initial and surname for international members) as reference
  2. HARD COPY MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION: Download the membership application/renewal form and finalise payment (before 31 March 2018). Send a scanned copy of the membership application/renewal form AND proof of payment to info@saspen.com - Use your HPCSA registration number (or initial and surname for international members) as reference

Please note that membership will only be activated once proof of payment is received (as applicable).
Please also check your junk e-mail and spam folders for the automated messages from the system.
