- The LSRO
2001 - American
Society for Nutritional Sciences contains recommendations
for the composition of preterm infant enteral formulas.
- The Arbor
Nutrition Guide has an enormous amount of material (mainly
web references, but also a fair number of articles culled from
journals, etc).
- If you need
a Medical Search Engine look no further
than Pubmed. The
interface is deceptively simple. If you take the time to read
the help menus, you can find anything in the National Library
of Medicine database. Searches are quick.
- The USDA
Nutrient
data laboratory is a mine of information, and you can download
data sets containing food analyses for your own use. You can search
the database online. Also look at the FNIC resource
lists, which may be of some use.
- The Diet
Analysis Web page.
- You can probably
find something on almost anything at the CDC's vast site!
