EXPERIENCE (past 3 year):
2000/1: Development and testing of the South African National Guidelines on Nutrition for People Living with HIV/AIDS for the National Department of Health on contract to a private consulting company (AFRICON) for government tender
2001: Development of a module on Nutrition in HIV/AIDS as part of a modular programme for the training of HIV/AIDS counselors for Boston City Campus private college
2001: Development of a nutrition module in HIV/AIDS for nurses training in Kwa-Zulu/Natal on contract to the South African Sugar Association
2002: Development of a study unit M in Nutrition course for the University of Stellenbosch
