Janicke Visser is a Lecturer in Therapeutic Nutrition to under- and postgraduate students at the Department of Human Nutrition, University of Stellenbosch. Her key interests include nutrition in critical care, oncology nutrition and micronutrients. She previosly served on the Western Cape Branch Committee of the Association for Dietetics in South Africa. She has served in various portfolios for the South African Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and is currently an Executive Council member of SASPEN. She has been involved with the South African Journal of Clinical Nutrition since 1997 as Editorial Assistant.
